1. Introduction

Welcome to Rentysium.com (“Platform”).

Rentysium provides professional property management services for residential property owners and authorized representatives. By accessing or using the Platform, users agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Services

Rentysium may provide:

  • Property management services
  • Owner reporting
  • Rental administration
  • Maintenance coordination
  • Tenant management support
  • Document and contract storage
  • Owner portal access

The exact scope of services is governed by separate service agreements concluded with property owners.

3. Account Access

Access to the owner portal is restricted.

Public registration is not available.

User accounts are created exclusively by Rentysium for authorized property owners, managers, or representatives.

Users are responsible for:

  • maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials;
  • preventing unauthorized access to their accounts;
  • notifying Rentysium immediately in case of suspected unauthorized access.

4. User Content

Users may upload:

  • contracts;
  • ownership-related documents;
  • property information;
  • other management-related files.

Users remain responsible for the accuracy and legality of uploaded content.

5. Intellectual Property

All website content, branding, logos, text, software, and design elements remain the property of Rentysium unless otherwise stated.

No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or modified without prior written permission.

6. Data Protection

Personal data is processed according to the Privacy Policy available on the Platform.

7. Availability

Rentysium uses commercially reasonable efforts to ensure platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted service.

Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or force majeure events may temporarily affect availability.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rentysium shall not be liable for:

  • indirect damages;
  • loss of profits;
  • business interruption;
  • loss of data caused by third-party services or force majeure.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by Hungarian law.

Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent Hungarian courts.
